The joint international local mission to follow up on the Egyptian parliamentary elections continued its follow-up to the events of the second day of voting days in the governorates of the first phase, as participation rates are still much lower than in the previous Egyptian presidential and parliamentary elections, with the participation of the elderly continuing to emerge, and the following are the results of the random survey conducted by the mission To know the number of voters in a group of committees until five in the evening:

1- Beni Suef Governorate, the district of Ahnasia Center / Committee 80, 81: The number of those who cast their votes was about 1820 out of the total number of 3238 registered voters in the electoral list, and supporters of the candidates (Muhammad Id al-Hamid Kassab and candidate Ahmad Hussein al-Barawi) are also present within the committees.

2. Beni Suef Governorate, Al-Fashn District / Ezbet Talet Primary School / Committee 112: The number of those who cast their votes reached about 491 votes out of 1678 votes.

3. Beni Suef Governorate, Bandar Beni Suef District / Al-Sinaiyah Al-Zazhiyah School, Committee 127, 128: The number of those who cast their votes reached about 517 out of the total number of 3908 voters registered in the electoral lists.

4. Beni Suef Governorate, Baba Center District / Al-Fasha / Committee 59, 60: The number of those who voted was about 760 out of the total number of 4,214 voters registered in the electoral lists.

5- Beni Suef Governorate, Al-Wasta Center District / Common Primary School, about 608 individuals cast their votes out of a total of 2,400 people registered in the electoral lists.

6- Alexandria Governorate / Amiriya District / Youssef Idris School, Committee 127, the number of those who voted was about 452 out of a total of 2067.

7. Alexandria Governorate / Dekheila District / Al-Bitash Primary School / Committee 27: The number of those who voted was about 108 out of a total of 950 registered in the electoral roll.

8- Alexandria Governorate / Karmouz District / Ghait El Enab Preparatory Azhari Institute / Committee 37: The number of those who cast their votes reached 99 out of the total number of 2242 voters registered in the electoral lists.

9. Giza Al-Ayyat Doha School of Egypt Sub-Committee No. 60 The number of votes 1300 and the voting rate 20%

In terms of security measures outside the polling stations, and managing the electoral process inside the polling stations, the mission did not monitor effective cases during the past hours of practices that may impair the freedom and integrity of the electoral process, while the mission monitored a single case to prevent some local observers from entering the polling station in the Minya Governorate. Matay, Omar Makram School, and in general the most important observations that were monitored during the past hours were as follows: -

1- Giza Governorate / Warraq District: Nile Primary School polling station - The mission observed the presence of a Suzuki car carrying banners for candidate Mustafa Jaafar roaming the vicinity of the polling station headquarters and distributing electoral bribes to the voters

2- Giza Governorate / Imbaba district: The mission observed the existence of a quarrel that reached a fist fight between members of one family in one of the streets adjacent to the polling stations in the Ard Al-Jamaa school complex, while the police forces intervened to contain the situation and took control of the fight.

3- Alexandria: Sidi Gaber constituency. The supporters of al-Murshij Muhammad al-Sayed Ibrahim Rizk No. 56 direct the voters in front of the polling stations to vote for him.

4- Sohag / Al-Asirat / Bahij Sons Preparatory School / Car rally for candidate Abdul Aziz Muhammad Ali in front of the committees

5- Al-Minya - Al-Minya Center - Al-Hawaratah Schools The security forces arrested 4 supporters of the Nour Party, including a person called Amr Shaaban, after they carried out electoral propaganda outside the committees and directed to the voters

6- Minya - Bandar Mallawi - Naser Religious Institute Preparatory School, Committee No. 19, a quarrel broke out between one of the holders of the general proxies of the candidate Essam Al-Jarhi and the head of the committee because the latter allowed one of the representatives of the candidate Hassan Abdel Wahid to be in the committee and it does not carry the original national ID card, which resulted in the establishment of The head of the committee expelled and excluded all holders of public agencies for all candidates from within the committee

7 - Minya - Samalout - Al-Lajnin 118 /// 119 in the village of Atsa. Candidate Youssef Abu Shamiya submitted an official complaint to the General Election Commission in Minya against the judge supervising the committees in Samalout for expelling agents and delegates from the committee this morning.

8- Al-Buhaira Governorate / Rasheed District / Martyr Arafa School / A quarrel between supporters of candidate Muhammad al-Khattab and supporters of candidate Sameh Shawer, which required the intervention of some of the army forces.

9- Alexandria governorate, Sidi Gaber district, al-Tajiriya al-Matiyyah school, an altercation occurred between “the candidate Alaa Gad” and a number of members of the Nour Party, and the security forces broke up.
