The Observatory for Follow-up of Parliamentary Elections “Egypt 2015” affiliated to the Maat Foundation for Peace, Development and Human Rights continued its work for the second day of the run-off round of the second phase of the Egyptian parliamentary elections in “91” constituencies, through teams of observers distributed in 10 Egyptian governorates.

Where the followers of the Maat Foundation monitored regularity in opening the polling stations at the legal time decided by the majority of the constituencies, and there was no delay in opening the committees except in a few cases, the most important of which were the following: -

  1. Dakahlia / Sinbillawain / The committee of 9/10/11 opened Al Bustan School at 9:33
  2. Qalyubia / Al-Khanka / Abu Zaabal Primary School / Committee 41 / It has not opened yet at 09:50
  3. Al-Sharqia / Tenth / Al-Azhari Religious Institute / Committee 13 and 14 The committees were opened at 9:45 pm
  4. Kafr El Sheikh Governorate / Burullus District / Baltim Preparatory School / 38 committees were not opened until 9:45 am
  5. Gharbia / Kafr El Zayat / Banofar School for Basic Education / Committee 37: The committee was opened at 9:20 am
  6. Cairo / Al-Zaytoun: Al-Amiriya Gardens School - Lujan No. 102, 103 and 104 - The opening of the committee was delayed until 9:20 a.m. due to the delay of the judge.

The committees have not witnessed any cases of violence or altercations so far, with limited exceptions, the most important of which was the incident at the school of Al-Malik Al-Kamil Bandar Al-Mansoura, which witnessed the presence of the candidate's sister, Muhammad Rashad, among a group of thugs, and his altercation occurred with the security. 2- Qalubia Governorate / Shubra El Khaima Second District / Muhammad Metwally Al Shaarawy School and Mahfouz Abdel Rahman School / Car rally for the voters in favor of the candidate / Abdel Salam Al Khadrawy. The hypermarket.

3- Qalyubia Governorate / Shubra El Khaima District First / Candidate / Adel Sabry Ishaq concluded a deal with the representatives of the losing candidates in exchange for a rally in his favor in exchange for 200 EGP / vote, and 100 EGP was paid yesterday and the rest of the amount was paid today after voting.
