The International-Local Mission to Observe the Egyptian Parliamentary Elections continued its field observation to the parliamentary elections during Eid Al Adha via its field observers in 164 electoral districts in 17 governorates, as well as the observation of the High Election Committee decisions' and its address to the issued judicial decisions on the period for candidate registration appeals.

The last days witnessed the HEC statement ensuring respect for all the Decisions issued by the Administrative Court stipulating the return of the some individual candidates to the electoral competition, the HEC also announced the enrollment of the "Egyptian Front and Independence Current" lists on Cairo and Upper Egypt sectors based on court decisions. The Mission affirms that the HEC's trend regarding the respect and enforcement of the court orders instantly indicates the existence of a key aspect of the electoral process integrity aspects represented in the independence of the judiciary and the compliance of the HEC to its rulings.
