The joint international local mission for the twelfth week continues to monitor the electoral climate of the 2015 parliament in the second phase, as the mission followed the announcement of the final lists in which the elections will be contested on the individual system for the second phase. 2847 candidates are competing for 222 seats in 102 electoral districts, while the list system is competing. In the Cairo sector, the North, Central and South Delta, there are 4 lists. As for the eastern delta regions, only one list has been nominated, and it is a list that is in love with Egypt, which needs to obtain 5% from the total number of registered voters in the voter database.

The mission also monitored the death of the young man, Ahmed Dora, while hanging the banner of one of the candidates in the parliamentary elections above the Damietta Metal Bridge, due to his fall in the course of the Nile River.
