The Egyptian National Network for Anna Lindh Foundation Condemns Violence, Incitement, and Exclusion Dialogue is the best Solution for National and Political Powers out of the Current Situation

The National Network for Anna Lindh Foundation represented in the Head of Network and Advisory Council follow the recent situation represented in millions of peaceful demonstrators across Egypt calls for early presidential elections, as well as supporters for Dr. Mohammed Morsi as the Head of State, and the Armed Forces intervention in the presence of religious, national, political, and youth powers to put a road map for the new transitional period.

Responding to the successive events, and out of its keenness on the national interest, the Egyptian National Network:

· Condemns all forms of violence against supporters and opponents' protesters to Dr. Morsi; the Police and Armed Forces members; and public and private properties. It calls upon the security authorities to protect the Right to Protest by bringing to trial all the involved parties in attacking individuals, institutions, or properties.

· Condemns any speech inciting violence against national affiliations and national authorities and institutions.

· Condemns any speech or practices aiming to exclude or discriminate against community or political affiliations on the basis of their ideological, partisan or political orientations.

· Demands leftist and rightist political parties and powers, as well as national institutions including; Al Azhar, the Church, and Military Institution to take the required measures to place national interest above partisan considerations, conduct a constructive community dialogue out of the current situation and towards democratic governance.
