Irregular immigrants in Libya: the tragedies of the return

In light of the deteriorating conditions of thousands of irregular migrants in # Libya, the Coast Guard returned 72 migrants to the Tripoli seaport; To be distributed to shelters in #, Tripoli.

Maat Foundation for Peace, Development and Human Rights calls for work to improve the conditions of these irregular migrants.
