A statement issued by the International Network for Rights and Development regarding the tragic conditions in the Gaza Strip

As the International Network for Rights and Development follows with great concern the widespread violations against the civilian population in the Gaza Strip and the accompanying political debate about the measures to be taken for redress, compensation and protection, the International Network for Rights and Development urgently calls on all concerned to the following:
Immediately go to the United Nations General Assembly and request a special session in order to form a special court for Israeli war crimes committed against the civilian population in Palestine, based on all previous reports and investigations which legally allow the General Assembly and in accordance with Article 22 of the United Nations Charter which states (that the Assembly The general public is to establish from the secondary branches what it deems necessary to carry out its functions) and since the Palestinian issue is still within the jurisdiction of the General Assembly alone, it may establish from the bodies what it deems appropriate to carry out its duty without going through the complexities of the veto and the political use of Security Council decisions.
The blatant crimes and violations that are occurring have become a threat to world peace and require the General Assembly to activate its generalized resolution United for Peace of November 1950 (Resolution 377) (V-5), where the Security Council is impotent due to the negative vote that allows more actions. Aggression.
The International Network for Rights and Development also calls on all concerned parties to search for the main cause of the problem, which is the occupation and the resulting crimes. Therefore, all political and human rights discourse must be unified towards researching the mechanisms for ending the occupation and providing a binding international protection mechanism for the Palestinian people.
The concern of the International Network for Rights and Development stems from its deep awareness of the magnitude of the problems and the threat to security and peace that will affect the entire Middle East region as a result of the violations that occur and the fear of reactions that will increase the problems and tension of the region, which will definitely reflect on the state of world peace.
