Report on the sustainable development impact of restrictions on NGOs

NGOs are the informal tool that can fill gaps that governments cannot deal with. The relationship between the government and non-governmental organizations has emerged in recent years, taking another non-cooperative, but conflictual context. Therefore, the reasons that led to this, and the consequences that resulted from restricting its work, and its impact on the areas of sustainable development must be tracked.

Maat Foundation for Peace, Development and Human Rights presents this report to talk about some examples in which civil society has played an influential role in sustainable development. It also talks about the impact of imposing restrictions on civil society on development agendas.
