President of the General Federation of Private Associations and a number of community actors participate in the activities of the Maat Foundation for the second day of social giving in the project of integration and rehabilitation

Maat Foundation for Peace, Development and Human Rights concluded yesterday the activities of the second Social Giving Day for the people of the regions of Dar Al-Salam, Al-Basateen and Al-Khalifa, one of the areas targeted by the integrated protection project for the families of prisoners and detainees (integration and rehabilitation)
It is worth noting that the Integrated Protection Project for the Families of Prisoners and Detainees provides its services at the level of Cairo and Giza governorates in six regions.
The meeting was attended by lectures (d- Talaat Abdel Qawy, President of the General Union of Private Associations - Mr. Saeed Iskandar, Director of the Social Affairs Department in Dar Al-Salam - Mr. Jamal Mahmoud - Director of Control and Follow-up at Al-Basateen Department for Social Affairs) and called on families to know the procedures for families. On annuities. They also called on NGOs to adopt solutions to the problems of prisoners' families and to intensify support directed at this group.
The President of the General Union of Private Associations called on all the unions to the necessity of developing programs and plans that provide support and attention to marginalized groups, the most needy and the growing groups in society that are prisoners of prisoners.

The day witnessed a group breakfast for families, project management and volunteers. The children of the merger and rehabilitation project presented a number of singing paragraphs and the collective choir, which gave the day a wonderful artistic and entertainment flavor.
