The most prominent features monitored by the observers of the Parliamentary Elections Observatory of the Maat Foundation for Peace, Development and Human Rights, was that a large number of candidates conducted electoral advertisements in front of the committees and directed the voters, and a large number of candidates used various means of transportation to mobilize voters from different areas within the electoral districts. This is in the context of the process of mobilizing voters to vote for a specific candidate, and there are indications of electoral bribes often during the transfer process, and among the most prominent facts that have been monitored in this regard are the following: -

  1. Cairo / Helwan / Helwan Secondary School for Girls / Voters outside the committees are directed by the supporters of the candidate Manal Khalifa to vote for the female candidate.
  2. Gharbia: Mahalla Center: Beshbeesh, Gul Jamal School Committee, the presence of candidates' supporters within the committees, and the exploitation and direction of voters
  3. Cairo / Dar Al-Salam / Schools Complex / Mobilizing voters by cars and directing them by cars in favor of the candidate Tayseer Matar

  3. Al-Gharbia / Samanoud / Jamal Al-Din Al-Afghani School: A verbal altercation broke out between the supporters of the candidate Mohamed Zayed and the supporters of the candidate Hatem Al-Labad because of their desire to influence the voters in favor of their candidate. And security intervened and resolved a fight before it developed.
  4. Sharkia Governorate: Mashtool Al-Souq District / The supporters of the candidate Sahar Atman assaulted the follower of the Maat Foundation while he was photographing the female candidate’s supporters while they were mobilizing women to pay the security pension after the candidate announced that she spent today instead of on the 5th of each month, where she used her position as director of the Solidarity Department The social circle in the department approves the early payment of the pension, and the candidate’s supporters have made reservations about the follower’s mobile device.
