The field observation activities continued by Maat’s Foundation observers' team in 23 governorates, where spotting a significant increase in voters turnout, and violent practices by the supporters of Muslim Brotherhood, as well as the deaths in some of the polling stations, and the following is a list of the most important of what has been monitored during the past few hours:-
1. Sohag- pause for the protesters beside Alzhraa mosque in Eltahrir street, so far, one death and some injuries.
2. Demitta- the arrival of Major General Ahmed Wasfy, Commander of the second field army, to the military secondary school with increasing in the numbers of voters.
3. Alexandria- Almotzah- Abd Elhalim Mahmoud School, there is a demonstration and attacks on the citizens and the burning of properties.
4. National Hadaeq Elmaadi polling station No. 101 for the expatriates, the electoral situation is unorganized, men and women are in chaos, and poor conditions there up to the sitting of the judge as a guest of honor.
5. Kafr Elsheikh- Bela city- the new Bela Elementary School- the replacement of an employee belongs to the Muslim Brotherhood from working inside polling station No. 6 after complaints from the citizens that she stirs chaos inside the polling station. Her name is Zeinab Hasan Elsheikh, replaced by Mostafa Alaam.
6. Alexandria- Sidi Beshr- Ali Gad School has been closed because of a march by the Muslim Brotherhood, and the arrest of 87 one of them, and the polling station was reopened again after dealing with them.
7. Kafr Hilal School Polling station- Berket Elsbaa- Menoufia- individuals belong to the Muslim Brotherhood attacked the school and assaulted the delegates of civil society organizations that exposed Maat delegate to an injury in the head and now she is being treated. These attacks led to the close of the polling station by the judge until the clashes between the police and the Muslim Brotherhood ends.
8. Qena- Naga Hamadi- Kom Elsayed School- the exclusion of an employee in the polling station because he directs the citizens to vote to (no). his name is Farghly Abd elhady, and he is a member in the Muslim Brotherhood.
9. Suez- Faysl- relative turnout, and orientation by the observers to the voters in Elshhida Shadia School, polling station number 6, and there is no intervention from the security so far.
10. Beni Suef, Beni Suef Center, clashes between the citizens and a Muslim Brotherhood march in Mould Elnby Square, and it has been dispersed by army troops.
11. Hafez Ebrahim School- Imbaba- Giza- Elwehda street- the judge refuses to deal with the observers and civil society organizations.
12. Elshahid Eltbakh- Shrabya- Cairo- polling station No. 2, the judge expelled the observer and his name is Ahmed Mohamed Abd Elaal. The turnout is very high in the vicinity of the polling stations in Shrabya.
13. Sohag- Tema Center- Tema Secondary School- polling station No. 128- the exclusion of employee Elbadry Mostafa Ahmed, belongs to Muslim Brotherhood and in charge of National ID numbers payroll, because of directing the voters to vote to (no). the judge excluded him from the polling station at 12.45 pm.
14. Elsahwa School, Elmasra, the polling stations from 165 to 167, a disabled citizen insisted on her right to vote, and the judge dealt very nicely and humanely with her, and facilitated her participation very easily until she voted and left the polling station.
15. Port Said- The Eastern District- Almosheir Ismail School, there is a group of Muslim Brotherhood direct the voters to vote (no) 200 meters from the polling station.
16. South Sinai- Sharm Elsheikh, Dahab, and Ras Sedr. The turnout is very high, and there is an increase in the numbers of the expatriates because of the Supreme Polling station’s decision to let them vote.
17. Port Said- Alarab, Alshrq and Elmonakh Districts- people in private cars have big cameras and photographing in more than one place in these districts, and they aren’t sure from their identities.
18. Beni Suef- the burn of an armored vehicle belongs to the army in Salah Salem street- Bandar Beni Suef.
19. Nahya Prep School- Women’s polling station- a group of Muslim Brotherhood ladies prevented the voters from entering the polling stations, and the security and armed forces dealt with them in accordance to the Supreme Electoral Committee's decision that bans the presence in the vicinity on the polling station except the voters who have the right to vote.
20. Menoufia- Shebin Elkoum Center- The National Awareness School- the turnout is medium.
21. Qena- Mubarak Elazhary Institution’s polling station- altercation between the polling station’s Chancellor and two of the staff about two citizens vote by photocopies of their IDs.
22. Minya governorate- Beni Mazar Center- Eltahra Prep School- Beni Samet Elementary School, the turnout is continuously increasing, and there is a problem in people’s with special needs voting because of the existence of the polling station on the upper floor and the absence of any help to them.
23. Fayoum- Snours Center- Fazara Elementary School, some families direct the voters to vote to (yes) and the turnout is poor so far.
24. Beni Suef- Nasser village and Dlas Village-Dlas Joint school, there is mass transport by Elnour Party to vote to (yes).
25. Beni Suef- Somosta Center- Somosta Sports Club, the turnout is increasing, and the intense security presence (police and army).
26. Qena- Mubarak Elazhary Institute, polling station No. 20, some of the voters couldn’t find their names in the payrolls so the judge called 5151.
27. Fayoum- Snours Center- Alshoubak School, some children throw stones on the window’s glass, because they are against the referendum, and with the cooperation between an officer and Sheikh El-Balad “Deputy Mayor” they solved the problem, and until now the situation is stable, and the turnout is increasing and regular on the ballot stations.
28. Ismailia, the first voting process is quite and goes on very easily, and the turnout is relatively poor.
29. Suez- Suez Department- Navigation Area- Mohamed Hafez School, another expatriates polling station instead of one polling station because of the strong turnout.
30. Demiatta- Abid ElAgamy- Omar Ben Abdelaziz School- New Demiatta- Polling station No. 4, the armed forces arrested a suspected person.
31. Port Said- The Eastern District- Elmosheir Ismail School, the turnout is very high, and the numbers are very huge in front of the polling station, but the voting process is very slow and people say that it is purposed.
32. Behira- Bandar Damanhour, a permitted observer was violated and prevented from entering one of the schools.
33. Qena- Mubarak Elazhary Institute- polling station No. 15, a voter was reserved because of possessing the Egyptian flag and Elsisi image as election campaigning.
34. Omranya- Giza- Othman Ben Afan School, behind the educational department, preventing the observers from entering the school’s sub-polling stations by the general polling station judge at 3 pm.
35. Minya- Beni Mazar Center- Elementary School in Beni Mazar Center, now the turnout is increasing compared to the morning. There is a group of Muslim Brotherhood in front of the school began to write slogans against the army on the walls and posting posters against the army in front of the school and on the school’s walls.
36. Port Said- Eldawahi District- Hafez Ebrahim School, detaining the observer Rasha Hasan Anany by the police forces inside the polling station.
