Egypt wins the seat of the African Peace and Security Council by an overwhelming majority

After elections were held for 18 seats in several sectors in the African Union structures, during the session of the Executive Council of African Foreign Ministers' meetings in its 36th session in Addis Ababa, Egypt overwhelmingly won the seat of the African Peace and Security Council with a vote of 43 out of 44 votes, for the region.
