A delegation of Maat Foundation youth hold a dialogue with European youth about Egyptian culture

 During the participation of Maat for Peace, Development and Human Rights in the "Youth Fight Violence and Extremism" program, which was held in Romania during the month of October, the youth of the Foundation made a presentation on Egyptian civilization and culture, focusing on the most important tourist attractions and natural areas to encourage European participants to visit Egypt.

Since the program mainly deals with issues of violence and extremism in the world, the delegation of Maat Foundation stressed during their presentation that Egypt faced several challenges recently, but it was able to address these challenges through Egyptian efforts to combat terrorism and extremist ideology. It was also noted about the lack of credibility of some media sources that inflate some events and spread false news about the Egyptian society, which conveys a false image to the peoples of the world about the situation in Egypt.

In addition, the Egyptian Maat Foundation delegation supported the Palestinian group in their presentation of the Palestinian cause by highlighting the violence that the Palestinian community is subjected to by the occupying Israeli forces.

These programs come within the framework of the Maat Foundation's efforts to cooperate with various European organizations in raising awareness and supporting youth in various fields of peace and development.
